tho i still think i look like shit
i got sloppy and delusional for a long time thinkin i was all jackked when i was just fat
got myself clean and thus far since mid december ive gone from a 46"waist to a 36.5"waist
gone from 305 to 227 since i began cutting
weight loss is very slow at this point so i keep using tricks ive used in the past to jumpstart my weight loss

Great change! You should also be proud of yourself for your realization and taking the steps you have taken to make the great changes.

Honestly i think the worst is behind you.
I think jumping from a ripped sub-200 bodyweight to the 300 lbs you bulked up to was ridiculous.
...and i'm glad you came to your senses.
Looking good thus far mate.
Good luck

diet was simple until i got to 255
started with carbs/protein for breakfast and pre-workout and dextrose/whey during the workout 100g/50g
every other meal was chicken wings with hot sauce
when that slowed i started eatin em skinless
then drumsticks
then skinless drums
only rule was get over 300g protein...i didnt keep track of anything else calorie wise
i ran every other day at a high intensity and lifted the same as i would for bulking
that took me to 255
then i began using the cutting primer on this site(how i lost weight before i got fat) and lowering my cals slowly

damn it man..... good to see someone else in my boat....
i havent posted my pics yet, but i will this week.... i was a whooping 350 lbs on september 23, 2006 when i came home with my marcy gym set.... i am now down to 257 and i am seriously thinking about trying to get around 200-215.... you are definately inspiration to me my friend.... i just posted a thread looking for bulking suggestions and to see if it was to early to start trying.... how many reps and sets were you doing? i am thinking about 5-7 exercises daily 2-3 sets and 6-10 reps each with 12-15 minutes interval cardio and you confirmed for me that i might want to up my protein by about 50-60 %....
if you could hook me up with your workout schedule, it would be much appreciated
great job man, awesome transformation!
