Let me give u my story, i been over weight my whole life, till one day I stepped on the scale and it SHOWED ME I WEIGHT 320 lbs. so from that day on, I decide I didnt have to be like this forever and I thought I could change my apperance i been so called lifting for about 3 years no one ever taught me how to lift so i would only do the bench press and that was it, i would eat a heavy meal before and after thinking it was going to be pure muscle after lifting any way. I drank no water and would drink alot of sodas for 3 sloppy years tell 1 year ago i came to this site and figured out i didnt know shit about dieting and especially pumping iron so i started lifting heavy, doing cardio for 1 hour 6 days a week but still doing a little tweaking on the diet part i some how managed too shed 78 pounds and plan on shedding another 40, some supplements i took was an eca stack about 3 weeks ago, multivitamin 100 percent whey ******* and just order some amp o2. ive tried clen and not a big fan of it I have a bottle of t3 but still haven't use it yet because iv'e read u have to be on a cycle to use that, im trying too go for a lean body, I dont know if i should put on mass at this point? or concentrate on cutting till a get a solid body.? which would burn the most fat? so bros try to point me in the right direction i appreciate it.:scratch:

i would give you a bf estimate and advice on whether to cut or bulk but its hard with the tank on....

Wow man, either you ate a lot the day before you weighed yourself, or surely you must have seen it coming for years, so the surprise really couldn't have been that big when the weight said 320 lbs that day. :aaGreen22
But anyway, kudos to you for dropping that much fat, it must have been a hard journey when most of us struggle just to drop like 10-20 lbs when cutting.

Alright after hesitation here are the pics, I made up my mind up and gave myself three months to do a totally overhaul on my body so look at those pics as my before pics. i'll take your advise very highly right now i'm determined to reach my goal.

definately got some muscle under there. i would keep focusing on dropping the bf til you get around 15%. bf right now kinda hard to say but maybe around mid to high 20s. 40lbs will probably get u right around 15%. thats a lot to lose in 3 months tho...whats ur diet and training like now?

i definately think u should continue dropping bf. its obvious you have plenty of muscle under there tho

i'm trying out dstyle42004 http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=278394 becuase I think he was the closest to my weight,
.....about cardio would it be better for me two go for 1hr30 or 2hr a day because my body fat is high?
as far as workouts i'll usallly do
cardio mon-sat 45 on ellip
mon-chest back
tue-bis and tris
wed-off
thrus-off
fri-off
sat-full upper body
sun-off
I never work out legs before but im going to start by doing squats i hope this well be fun, i've read that by doing squats you rise your test lvls, so it would help drop some more body fat. im also going to start doing abs for the first time.
I think i might need a new split because I allways fell weak every time i lift, but i just order some amp 02 this might help out a bit.
