looking good buddy. Get on the stepper and add some detail to those legs! It worked wonders for me.

Lookin good bro. Calves are lookin sick & legs have good mass, just need to shred em up a bit. Back looks like it could use a little work, as well as your lower abs. Overall though you look good. I can definitely see improvements from your 11wks out pics.

Even bigger difference from the the last ones....looking real good, time to get the shred on! Legs look great! Shoulders too and your abs with a couple more weeks of intense cardio and dieting are gonna Rock! With a tan, you look even tighter! Keep up the great work....good job bro!

Great improvements, but you are behind bro. Time to adjust the diet and bump the cardio way up there to 2X 1hr sessions per day!

nice improvements man! you are closing the gap...i agree that you might be a bit behind but youre improving, after all it is a learning experience...keep at it man, as spound said you might have to go above and beyond what u thought would be necessary....also you have to adjust your rear lat spread to your body..it could be better...keep at it man

Is that right? I use the cross trainer for cardio but the stepper adds leg detail? I see that Coleman did it in one of his vids.

Lookin good... try turning your knuckles facing your head on the front double bi, and try to rotate your hands farther backwards on the rear double bi (makes your peak bigger)
