hey i just saw on the site that the roid storte you see there adds every where are legal alternatives....is it true and are they good????

as i am only 19 and have trained for 4 years i wanna really start pumping...

what also is the best creatine....biggest muscle gains

Hey bro try a search on here, you'll find all kinds of good info.

At 19 stick with good food and hard training, throw in a good PWO shake. I like creatine mono, but there are alot of opinions on this. Do a search and decide which type looks best.

I would stay away from any roid/prohormone for several years. At your age you can make the best gains in your life natural. Without jacking up your growth plates or natural test production. If you do move to these things do alot of research. Even the legal ones can mess you up if you don't take them right or use supporting supps. i was researching b-b. c o m but its all hype...im from europe and my dad is going to the USA in the next few days.....what supplement would you suggest as a creatine and NO...

i think ill stack them both but dont wanna waste my money

they say not to do anabolics unless you're old enough and that is true, if you ever got an xray sometimes they say whether or not your plates are done growing, still that doesnt mean you are ready

ok thanks....but what muscle gaining supplement should take...i dont wanna trust the suppliers cause its just not honest

creatine monohydrate is the best researched its what i use .no explode and no shotgun is good as well and gives good energy at the gym the most important thing will be your diet though
