i have been able to see the AR-R site due to saving previous chemicals in my favorites and they have added quiet a bit it looks, but i am wondering can i buy Clen by itself from AR-R, i dont want the clen/t3 combo?

yes you can but you want to by the clen taurine combo it will save you money....and you will need the taurine....for the cramps.

Or drink plenty of water... I have never had problems with clen/t3, I know some say take benedryl and some say take taurine, to maximize their use, prevent stiffness, headaches, cramps, take them longer, etc.

I personally have had nothing but great results with little to no sides just drinking plenty of water, cycling them properly, and keeping up with protein shakes with some BCAA.

Your not kidding about cramps. I didn't take my taurine on to Vegas, but kept taking the clen. Wow, I was still cramping last night. Take the Taurine. I saw another post about Benedryl. That isn't for the cramps. That is for the receptors if you plan on taking it more than 2weeks. Every 3rd week you would take a benedryl tablet each day.
