I've been reading about Mass Tabs and I want to give them a shot, but I have one question... Do they dehydrate you??? I'm about to ***loy next week so I would be doing the cycle overseas and as you all know its kinda hot over there. Well I just want to make sure that I'm not taking anything that can dehydrate me. Any info??? thanks!!!

i have not felt dehydrated, but I drink a lot of water. I have been thirsty and hungry, but that is not unusual for me. i have leaned out a lot recently I feel dry and full at the same time

Hey bro...you should be drinking 2 gallons of water a day anyway overthere. Also make sure you add something to replenish your electrolytes cause if they are low you'll go down just as fast. Hydrate...you should be fine...Also make sure you are taking your supporting supps...and other there I would add either cranberry juice or extract. Good luck and take care dude...hope it goes well for you.

Well I agree with Shane... you will need to drink a lot... another thing is they are a little harsh on the liver so you need to drink plenty of water to prevent overworking on that area.... If i were you I would wait, unless you are going to an established place with lots of food, water, gym, and opportunity to rest... Any ***loyment I went on lacked one if not all of those I listed... of course water is always abundant.
wait till you have a routine and can maximize gains with proper diet and training.. no use in waisting your money and throwing your system in a loop for no reason. but hey opinions are like you know what... everyone has one..
