Pics from my recent competition

These are a couple of pics of my recent competition. I have another (national qualifier) in 2-weeks, so I did not dry out too much for this one. I weighed in at 202 but plan on coming in as a light heavy next time out. Im the short bald guy on the right. This was the call out for the 5 top guys in heavy at prejudging. I thought the black guy had 1st but they gave it to the guy in the middle. I placed 3rd and was the lightest heavy by far. There were 9 guys in heavy.

I threw in a couple of Victor, the guest poser for the show.

Im just over 5'8". Everyone else in the class was over 6'. I weighed the least (one guy was 224, one was 221) but at my height, I think I had the most mass by quite a margin. I thought I was in pretty good shape, but there were sharper guys there. If I would have lost a few more lbs water maybe it would have made a difference but I was afraid of rebound and the next competition coming up.

Looks good, man thats gotta be the tallest group I've seen.. typically 5'8" wouldn't be the shortest, I guess the judges picked which size they preferred better :scratch:

Back looks great, it is difficult to make comparisons from the angle, but it's obvious you look solid....Another 2 weeks of drying out and you'll look sick! Congrats on the 3rd place trophy! Look forward to your next show results. Livestrong!

There were 4 guys waiting for comparison after the first 5 call out. Check out the posing trunks on #15. He's wearing a swin suit. I sold him my spare set I had with me for the night show. It was his first show.

Thanks Tank. You look pretty huge yourself!

This is a pic taken just before I started cutting. I didnt think I was that fat until I saw the pic. I got up to 245 this year off season. I was doing all I could to add size this off season and of course that meant food! Im going to take a break and skip competing in '08 so I can come back in 2009 at a competition weight of 220. Or at least that's my goal.
