whats the best pct for a tren/prop stack?

Im starting a prop/tren cycle monday ..
im doing: 8 weeks of tren 100mg eod
10 weeks of prop 100mg eod

i was wondering what the best pct for this stack would be??
also...are those sufficient amounts of tren/prop eod??
is a ancillarie neccessary for this cycle?
im also going to run the prop 2 weeks longer than the tren

any suggestions?
