what would be a good PCT for 12 weeks of test e?

what would be a good PCT for 12 weeks of test e at 500mg a week. so far im thinking nolva starting 3 weeks after last injection @ 50mg day 1-3, 40mg day 4-7, 40mg week 2, 20mg week 3, and 10mg week 4-5. Im thinking about maybe HCG and clomid but I dont know if its necessary. What do you guys think?

I just got 2 bottles of HCG 5000 micrograms. will this be enough for proper dosage for pct? also, the powder in it is not "powder" its one big chunk. I have to assume this is do from being exposed to too much heat. will this have an effect in terms of reconstitution?

how do u go about gettin it shipped than? this stuff is from china, haha.

i wouldnt buy it online for that matter, but i dont know how they do it. i buy mine straight from a pharmacy, and even when i buy it from a pharmacy they give to me in a small bag full of ice. sorry to say but yours is probably no good anymore if you say it hasnt been refrigerated

dame, yea i didnt get it online. my buddy had it but judgin by the writing, it is obviously from china. i guess ill open up a new thread to get some more opinions on this. does urs always come as a powder or is it sometimes 1 big clump?
