I just wanted 500mg a week and since Prop should be used at least EOD I just split it like that and do 100mg every shot. I guess I could have done like 70mg/ED but I didn't feel like measuring it out and making it confusing.

Cause as I stated in the orginal post I want to use these as comparison pics for a before and after for my DNP run and so I didn't want to flex so when I take those after pictures I can see the results much better. Plus I want to look good relaxed, not like i'm gonna go to the beach and just constantly flex so I can look good.

LOL, at my old job I worked at a night club as a bus boy basically. I talked to the bouncers a lot and they nicknamed me traps because they stick out so much, when there pumped they actually look too big for the rest of my body.

I got my traps from deadlifting, rear delt flies, but mostly from front and side dumbell raises.

For the first 5 years of natural lifting I ate whatever I wanted to, never really used protien shakes or anything I just ate a lot and of course doing that I never really lost any fat but made good gains. Ate whatever I wanted when I did my first cycle too. Then on the cutting cycle I am on now I lost about 5lbs of fat and dropped from about 18% to whatever I am now. I did cardio ED for an hour on empty stomach at about 3.5-3.7mph,abs ED, and dropped my calories to 2,000 and under and fat came off real well. Didn't really have any shoulder seperation from the side and didn't have that line in the middle of my stomach either, also had more fat on the lower part of my chest. On cutting I basically eat 4 meals a day with first meal being after my morning cardio and abs and I would get 2 scoops of whey in water and like 2 slices of wheat bread. Then have a small meal an hour before workout and that would consist of basically a sandwitch with whatever meat I have in the fridge. 3rd meal after I workout I would have 2 very lean plain chicken breasts and 2 more slices of bread. And last meal would be 2 scoops of whey with some type of carbs like noodles. I have ONE cheat meal a week and I would usually get a big ass sausage pizza puff and that helped to keep me sane during cutting. It worked real good and even though I was doing all that cardio and very low cals my strength kept riseing every week, I think I have to thank Tren for that.
id say 10-12% bf lookin very swole BTW i hope i look that good at the end of my next cycle

My fat loss has slowed down A LOT, to the point that I had to start doing cardio twice a day to keep the fat loss results constant but I had to stop doing it cause my calfs just couldn't handle it, mostly because var pumps started going over there, I can barely go 50 yards without my calfs burning in pain just walking at my normal pace and has forced me to kill off my ED cardio to almost nothing. I'm keeping diet in check still but I just want some boost to make up for the slow down and cutting off a lot of the cardio.

I had to have gained size, which is amazing considering how little I was eating and all the cardio and my weight didn't change at all, mostly because I was losing fat at a steady good pace. Starting at about Week 4 the strength became phenominal and I was only using 50mg/ED of this stuff, I got no sides except for well not really insomnia but I would wake up randomly once a night, no sweats though, no cough ever or anything like that and the worst side I've gotten was this huge spike in anger, I mean I get pissed off, really pissed off. I'm never like this ever, but I've heard that if you do low test with medium or high tren doses you can get awesome gains and keep the rage down. Thats why the next time I run Tren which would be in my fourth cycle(not going to do it for my 3rd cause I want to try some other stuff out) I'm going to do Test Prop at 50mg/ED and the Tren Ace at 100mg/ED and this time eat a bulk diet and I expect some ridiculous results.

I would think 10%. That's because you don't appear to have any squishy spots. At 13% you should have noticeable fat d3posits.

I think If I was 10% I'd have abs by now, cause just feeling them through my fat, my abs are thick. I guess like 13-14% is a good estimate. If you look at the Front-Side pic you can see that bulge of love handle right there and I really want to get rid of the lower chest fat so my chest can have a much better shape to them.

im probly gunna run 400 mg week of tren E. i was concerned about sexual problems? the anger thing I like, i consider that a plus. training gets wayyy better, and people back the fvck off...well more than I already make them anyway lol.

On this cycle I noticed my sex drive was down but I didn't have a problem with getting a hardon or anything. I just didn't want sex as much as usual.

no abs in double digits, unless they are very large. If you do have d3posits, they are not noticeable in the picture. You could be more like 11% if you do have some though.

Good build overall...your traps are somewhat dominating, but imo big traps look awesome. I'd just try to fill out the shoulders more to balance it out. Otherwise, looking wicked for your age (hell, any age)

I notice that a lot about people, I think I notice lats the most. Cuz you can always see a nice set of pecs, good arms/delts. But honestly a ton of guys turn around and they are a rectangle from behind, absolutely no flare out on their lats.

Lol, didn't know this was bumped back up... Ya I need to get some leg shots but I have a dead camera now. My max squat is around 550lbs to give you an idea of at least how big my legs are. I remember on my first cycle my legs looked freakin awesome.

I do back every friday, each exercise is 3 sets and my reps go 8,6,4 with increasing weight each set and I basically do that for all my workouts, I've tried lots of diffrent rep ranges but that seems to be my sweet spot. I usually do something different every week for back but I always do deadlifts. So I start off with deads then I move to upper back and I will do the T-bar(standing or sometimes use the one where you lay on it) one week and next week do dumbell rows, then next exercise I switch back to lower back and I usually take one of those angled seat things where you face forward and it goes upto your waist and then I take a weight and hold it and dip myself forward, then switch back to upper back and one week do wide lat pullups and next week do one of those lat machines. So I do about 4-5 diffrent exercises on back day. LOL now that I typed it out for some reason it doesn't seem that much, but whatever it works.

nice sounds similar to what I do, im getting there its just gunna take time im young as ****. i duno how u dead every week, i read somehwere that itll rip you apart when we get a little older if we do them every week so i do deads, then rack deads the next week, and the next week start off with bent overs and corner rows those are the starting power movements then i do stuff like pulldowns etc. good news is tho i hit deads with 365 for 4 today (when i started 6 months ago 260 was my max) TRT and halo cycles work!:evil2:

Deadlifts use a lot of muscles, its what a lot of people call a core strengthening exercise but its mostly for your lower back. Lol I remember some time back I was doing deads with almost no knee bends, so barely used my legs, it'd be all lower back and did about 500lbs but after a while I got a back injury from doing it that way so I don't recommend that, my friend was looking at me doing it and to him looked like my back was gonna snap, made his stomach churn watching me lol.

I never really pay attention to the scale, I just go by how big people say I've gotten and how much my strength went up. My first cycle my max bench went from 300lbs to 340lbs, squats went from 420lbs to 520lbs, deadlifts went from 520lbs to about 560lbs, and shoulder presses went from 230lbs to 250lbs. It was decent and first cycle made me feel pretty good. I just did 11 weeks of Test E 500mg/Week and 400mg/Week of EQ for 10 weeks.
