ECA Stack Progress

Sup guys, just started Nutrasports ECA and ill have to say this shit is badass!! it says if u dont excercise and lift you still lose weight, im doing both and its working like a god, good diet, cardio, in 2 days since i started ive lost 4 pounds, its water weight but ya gotta start somewhere, anyone else had any luck with eca?:afro:
