Ok so I haven't started juicing yet, I keep getting stronger, I eat well and maintain a positive life. I am 5' 11 @ 194 Lbs and from what i see from the rest of you... I need a tan.
What I want from this site is this... advice, pointers, jokes... any thing that will help me in my effort. I know if I dropped 10 lbs I would be ripped, that is not what I am going for. Maintaining a growing body and keeping a good physical appearance is what I am after... after all it is almost boating season!
I have been working out now for around 26 months with a year off due to surgery. 8 weeks ago I weighed 162 lbs yet i still maintained my frame from before. I am putting in a great effort and have surprised myself with what I have accomplished so far.

With Abs and cardio daily. I keep a journal and refuse to do less than last time. All that with vitimens and sleep, really keep me living a healthy life.

If you can gain 4 pounds a week naturally :?: then you probably dont ever need to juice. Not trying to be an ass here but Im a have to call :bs: on that one, unless you were sitting on about 1% bf previous to this weight gain.

I wouldn't call BS on it just yet Slimey... If you would have read earlier I was 155 - 162Lbs when I started my last session 8 weeks ago, body fat..I am not sure but at 5 '11, a man of your caliber knows 155lbs is not a fat guy. I had the experience and knowledge from the past and with my a**ominal surgery all healed, I went for it. Eating all the right foods, vitimens, Madd protine, and tons of water. No alcohol, or anything else to slow me down. I work out very hard and properly.
Weight gain is surprising due to the fact for the first 5 weeks I shit 4-6 times a day, leaving my girl sleeping with a can of fabreeze due to my stinky protien ass.
Weight isn't as easy to put on anymore if that helps, I am thick from calfs up and believe me I am no freak of nature!
Keep it comming...

155lbs does not make you thin either... Its not how much you weigh its how much fat is on your body... From the looks of it... you dont have much muscle on your body. Take your measurements and do your BF% math... And Id say about 25 pounds and then youd look ripped...

Did you used to be bigger? Cuz excluding maybe muscle memory I am pretty sure the body can only naturally gain about a pound of muscle in a week. Either way good job tho.

no way does a person gain 4 pounds a week and it predominantly be muscle. the muscle building process doesnt move that quickly. at a point the excess calories that were adding muscle would begin to add fat at a quicker rate. i would estimate that maybe 7 to 10 pounds could be muscle. and that is A TON in that time period.
good job either way, im just posting in regards to the weight gain. the result is obviously a success for you.

Hey I gained 25lbs in 6 weeks when I ate 3700-4000 cals/day and was on 500mgs of Test E a week. But I would say 6 lbs was water bloat that made me look like the michelin man, lol.
