Letro PURELY for gyno loss

I was wondering if i could just take letro to remove my gyno, without taking a steroid cycle. If possible, i was wondering what kind of dosages would I have to take, as well as if it was safe for my friend who is 17 to also use it (he is younger than I am) SOLELY for gyno removal.
