i think you guys are way off. a few observations: he has a vein protruding in his bicep that is prominent. he has veins protruding on his delts. also sitting up he doesnt appear to have any belly what so ever. at 13%-14% if you sit up like that there is a lil pouch and it doesnt appear that he is sucking it in. Id say he is closer to 10%, maybe a straight on shot would be better tank. good job none the less

Hard to tell from the pics, but looks like about 10% from what I can see.

People on here seem to be VERY confused about bodyfat. I wonder if the problem is because of the incredible difference a point of bodyfat makes in single digits. When there are no more ***osits and all you have is a thin layer under the skin, a 1% drop makes it noticeably thinner.

Think about it, if that guy drops 10 to 14 pounds of fat, and then dehydrates, he'd be contest ready. That would put him in the 3 to 5% range. 10 pounds of fat is the size of a standard pillow. If he was 15%, that would be around 27 pounds of fat. There is no way there is that much under the skin without it bulging out in rolls. Has to be around 10%.

I think if he just drops 5 or 6 pounds, he'll be nicely ripped, but be able maintain it. Or double that if he wants to compete.
