What's up everybody, I'm thinking about doing a cycle but not really sure if I want to right now. I am going to work on dieting a little better first and see how far that takes me, I not really trying to get ripped just alittle better lookin. Here are some pics, sorry about the quality my camera sucks. Right now I am 5'10 240 workout 4-5days a week and do atleast 30min of cardio a day. Just lookin for some opinions on what I should do. Thanks

I agree, dont cycle till you get leaner, You look pretty solid and even with your bf% its obvious you'll have some awesome shoulder/chest development.

Looks like you have the same problem I do. The fat is a pain to lose but diet and cardio will help. Just keep at it bro.

Anyway, I agree with everybody esle just loose some fat & you'll be fine... as far as eating what works for me is
not eating pass 7pm don't comsume to many carbs & take a protein shake with not so much carbs....
Eat fish, steak, veggies, salads, my favorite for quick & easy when on the run Tuna etc...

By the way I have never done any kind of steriods yet, I just want to make sure that if I do decide to my body will be were it needs to be to get the most out of them. Thanks again

I would say wait and drop your BF% and then run a Test/ Winny cycle. You will be massive!

Alright guys, I spoke with a friend of mine that runs her own personal training business and we set out a diet plan. Here it is tell me what you think,
Meal 1- Protein shake 3 scoops
1cup quick oats
6 strawberrys
skim milk
12 almonds
Meal 2- 8oz tuna, chicken, or meat
12 almonds
green apple
meal 3- 8oz tuna, chicken, or meat
2 cups green salad
1 sweet potato
1 cup broccoli
1 orange
6 almonds
meal 4-Protein shake 3 scoops
1cup quick oats
6 strawberrys
6 almonds
meal 5-8oz protein
3 cups veggies
6 almonds
meal 6- optional
shake or 6 egg white omelete
I throw egg whites in all of my tuna and chicken salads, I am drinking water, fresca and crystal light. Thanks again guys.

Thats pretty much what I want to do as far as getting my body right before the juice.
a body responds much better w/lower bf to aas, get it down to12% or lower and juice up u will be a monster!

Hey Grudge Keeper you are right my carbs are at about 250 a day. I don't think that is really bad considering that before I was taking in almost 2000 a day. I can't beleive that I'm not 300lbs and just fat nasty. Thanks for the comments everybody.

WOW 2000 is a lot if that was the case 250 isnt anything I had only said it was a bit much cause when I cut my low carb days are about 100. best of luck with your goals.

Yea we sat down and figured it up. At an average meal for me before, I was taking in about 400-600 carbs a meal. I had really bad eating habits.

^^ totally off subject, but wouldnt you agree that he shouldnt cut the oatmeal and sweet potatoe but cut out some of the fruit, as this ***osits in the liver..
if anything keep his current diet as a "High Carb day" and then cycle onto something like you do, grudge, at like 100 for 2-3 days.

Yea, I was thinking about starting one now, because I really don't want to lose my size. I also don't want to have any problems, because of to much fat on me still. I'm just not sure, I want to do it right. Thanks for all the opinions guys I really do value them. I'm thinking about a test/winny cycle, maybe 9wks

maybee these "bums" are giving advice they feel is best.i did a test only cycle at about 18%bf and i was so estrogenic i got gyno and it beat the hellout of me i felt like shit the whole time.if i could do it again id wait till i got my bf down.im currently at 10%-11% bf and will start my next cycle when i hit 9% bf.oh and my diet was spot on as well, i lost bf through vthe entire cycle but i still felt like hell

It's been two weeks on my diet, i've lost 11pounds. The day after I started the diet I sprained my ankle pretty bad and have not been able to do cardio. I am going to stick with the diet for a little longer until my money gets right for my cycle.

Whats up guys? I have been fairly good about my diet and I am now down to 220. I am thing about starting a cycle in about a month, I should be down around 215 when I start, do you think that the test/winny cycle is good for me. I plan on a 8wk cycle with the first 6wks being test twice a week and starting the winny (also twice a week) on the 7th week and finishing out with just the winny for 8weeks. Any suggestions, I'll try to get some pics up sometime later. Thanks guys

My opinion is this, in the above relatively junky photos, LOL, you look bigger than a lot of the people I see on here already cycling. Now it's about 2 months later though right? And you dropped 20 or so pounds? Good. Hopefully you didn't drop any muscle because you had a super base, super. IMO opinion, it's a hell of a lot harder to gain the muscle than it is to drop the fat, that's why I said I hope you didn't lose any muscle. Good luck. You definately have a lot of potential.

Thanks, I am still just as strong as I was before I started dieting, so no I don't feel that I have lost any muscle. I have actually had people tell me I am getting bigger. My camera is messed up, it won't focus. I will get some pics up shortly. How about the cycle? sound good?

Looks good just lean down about 20lb and you will look very good.
Bro post some new pics after the weight loss you have already had.
if ur gonna do an 8 wk ccycle id hit the winny start of wk 3 and run it to the end of wk 8 for a total of 6 wks.u deff need to frontload the test and winny needs to be injected every day, some say u can get away with eod but most agree ed is best, what doses/mg of each are u looking at running? and yea lets see some pics

Are you talking 400-600 calories from carbs per meal or 400-600g of carbs per meal?
