Whats up Jakked! LOOKING good my man! the only small critique i have at this point is that your posing trunks sit too low on the sides, try to adjust them before u hit the stage, i had the same problem a couple years ago...GL man

actually those trunks are just my ones Im wearing to paint up...they stink & i dont like the dip in the front anyway....they dont fit me right...I got a better pain for the show!!!! thanks CD!!!! I appreciate your knowledge & expertise!! thanks bro!

You are going to have to take the "getn" part out of your screenname. Where did those freaky shoulders come from? Be sure and update us after the show. Don't leave me hanging after following along the past 12 weeks.

While it's easy to commend you on your physical appearance, I'd rather congratulate you on your extreme dedication in regards to dieting and training. So few can do it, and you've clearly illustrated that you've got what it takes both mentally and physically. Hats off to you and best of luck this weekend!

^ thx man.. the day after the show I admittedly ate too much..balooned up to 190..has swollen ankles like an old man.. Then on monday afternon I decided to have another go round in less than 2 weeks.. as of 5-31 my weight is back to 179. I'll try to put on some quality muscle off season while keeping bodfat lower than previously..around 10-11%, maybe 185-90. Im 36 so I dont want to pack on tons of size...just polish up my weak points & be able to do middleweight. thanks again.
