Now that im nationally qualified I will take some time off from competing so I can put enough muscle on to be a heavy weight a good 15 -20 lbs for me as im sure i wont be able to make light heavys again next year, and thanks for the compliments.

my pre contest diet is very custom tailored for my self and wouldnt work for most people,as far as coming in hard and dry I cut alot of water and eat alot of pizza and yogurt!if anyone is interested more about my diet PM me

Yeah its branch he was cool very soft spoken however.Got to watch him train arms at my gym the day before my show.

It was in chicago on lawerance ave. 2 blocks west of 90/94 at the gateway theater.
