Well stuck her In the middle of a war so no availability of anything but good food and shitty gyms. Have never considered enhancing until about a year ago. I east great, no shit no cheating at all, bust my ass in the gym, just cant get the chest to grow like I want it. The army BF% says 16%, Im 5'11 195.

Ty for what you are doing. I spent 6 years in the Navy. Several of those years in the Gulf. Doing "other" things. I know what you mean about the gyms and the food. Just keep doing what you can until we get you back home!

I sympethize with you my friend. I returned from Iraq three weeks ago. Second tour in Balad. I may be able to help you build some mass in your chest if you shoot me a PM. Im not an expert but been hitting it hard for 3.5 years and certified now as a personal trainer. Your growth will ***end on how you eat and train. ***ending on where you are will give me all the info i need along with your height, weight and age. You have a good base and look relatively lean. I pulled off a first place win at a recent bodybuilding comp. Not tooting my horn, but point being, IT CAN BE DONE in IRAQ my friend with dedication and hard work. I'd say you are probably more like 14-15% body fat. Some different chest ruitines should help.
