Okay Guys,

Please be nice. This is my wife Lisa. She worked her ASS off and did quite well in her first show. She is STOKED as well and wants to continue competing. She has only been training for 18 months. We spoke with a judge who is also a National Level Figures Competitor at the show and we are going to work on Thickness in the delts, arms and quads. Her ham and glute tie in needs work as well. She is a true sport and an AWESOME wife.

Damn good job for her first run Avion.. I'd agree with her quad development but for the short amount of time she's been training I am very impressed.
