i workout about seven days a week my schedule lokks like this.(i do change my excerises and rep and all that jazz but do pretty much do it something like this.)
chest/tri's
bi"s/back
shoulders/legs
cardio/abs
then just start over. i dont have specific days just how ever they fall. my only day off is sunday. i also do cardio/abs after some workouts(3-5 days a week). i just found this forum and started reading all the stickys and a bunch of post. now i beleive im over training. do i need more days off? i am growing good but im also on a cycle.

I think you need more rest days off and allocate your workouts better rather than condense everything into 3 days and repeat. Try taking 2 days off and use a structure like 3 days on then one 1 off then 2 on and one off.
Example would look like:
mon back
tues chest
wed legs
thurs off
fri shoulders
sat arms
sun off
You can mix things up and throw in abs and cardio whenever but its good to have more than just one rest day and keep things organized. Having things less condensed will allow you to focuse more on the muscles and not give one group the short end of the stick when you do to many on the same day.

so if i do one muscle a day like u said do i work that one muscle harder. what i mean is do u do more exercises(spell) on that one muscle or same workout just one muscle at a time.

How many exercises, sets and reps are you doing now?

right now doing 3-5 exercises on each muscle group. usually good warm up weight then 3sets heavy 5-8 reps. really ***ends on what muscle, and how busy the gym is(sometimes a bitc* to get on equipment)
