I am caught in a hotel room thousands of miles from my gym.
The hotel's workout machine is broken and they have no dumbels or weights. But they do have a pool and a treadmill and a hot tub.
I am in middle of EQ/test cycle.
Dont want to loose any muscle. What kind of excercises would you guys recommend?
I have been doing chair dips, push ups, and yogging. I will do some crunches and lunges tomorrow.
what is a good bicep workout in a hotel room?

Wall sits, and if you can do a hand stand, do reverse pull ups. For biceps, maybe fill up a shopping bag with water and do curls, or hook some stuff onto the hangers.

try to find a store where you can get some of those big rubber bands with the handles on the end.... most physical therapy places or medical supply will have em too....therapy bands are great to bring with you & they dont take up much room.. maybe you can find sum.
