you look good but I'm hard pressed to believe you weigh 260 and those #s are impressive if they are true #s.

No problem man. I understand. As bodybuilders/ powerlifters/ gym rats we have become accustomed to be being fed BS on a daily basis. You wouldn't believe the crap I hear every day. I meet at least 10 former world record holders everyday :) Most the time they can't name the 3 lifts in a contest. Anyway, I'm fed up with the crap on other boards and you guys seem real cool. So, its great to be aboard. Any Westside or powerlifting questions u guys have, feel free.

Crazy numbers and great condition compared to most powerlifters I've seen in my area. Most powerlifters although strong as an Ox dont seem to care about what there physique looks like, but thats JMO for the powerlifters I know in my area.

Strength is always number one. But, getting girls is a close second lol. I like to look like I lift weights. Apparently most PL's dont care. That is stupid to me. Check out FLEX mag in 2 months I should have some pics in there. They came to Westside and took some pretty nice pics and did a interview. I told them there better be no Muscletech ads with Jay Cutler in betwwen the article makin me look bad.

If you weigh 260 and we can see your abs like that you aint fat. Ron coleman weighs like 295 and his abs aren't toned hardly at all. In fact I am unworthy to post this because i'll probably never have stats like yours. I will settle for 400-500 bench. 99.9% of the people on this site can't touch your stats.:asskiss: :wg:

Thanks, I appreciate it. Tank you look big as hell. What are your stats?
thanks brao...my best lifts are 455 and 225 x 52 on bench 500x10/585 on squats..bench was shirted..but ive only used them a few times..and was still kinda gettin the hang of even putting it on..i did all these when i was 21yrs old, then got a really bad viral infection that kept me out of the gym for like 20 months, so im just a few months back training now(just turned 24) eventually if im gonna think about competing again im gonna cut weight...maybe even try to make it into the 198's(im 5'6).
hey just out of curiousity, what do you get when you go to mcdonalds? haha..when me and my bro were trying to hold weight..we had plenty of savage chowdowns in that filthy (yet delicious) place.
anyway thanks for the props man..not that you need it, but best of luck with your upcoming meet!!
peace

I'm with you here... I've often wondered why some powerlifters act like they don't care about looking good, cause you know it's a lie... everyone wants to look good! I'm all about lifting big and being as ripped as possible!!!

That's awesome that Flex took some time out to check on powerlifting and some of powerlifting's elite... I hope this is a positive sign of better things to come. It's going to take guys like you that lift big and look good doing it to make the sport grow the way we want it to... cause let's be honest we live in a vain culture. Fat powerlifters really do nothing for the sport in regards to reaching out to the public.

Anyway enough of my rambling... I'm stoked out your here! The powerlifting knowledge being passed on to you from Louie is a valuable commodity and I look forward to more of your posts!!!

ive got a man crush as well,LOL! dude u r my hero, i had a 405 natty, raw bench,at 205lbs at 22yrs old then i tore my left pec.i was so devistated i didnt lift for 10yrs.my goal was always for a 500plus bench thats something ill never see now. flat bench is so painfull iusually dont go higher than 185lbs and im at 100lb dumbbells for my incline, its the only portion of my pec that is still attached.anyway props to ya, cant wait to learn from you, peace bro! BTW im sure uve seen alot of muscle tears in ur day(not u personally but guys u know)10yrs ago when it happened they said there was nothing they could do as it was purely a muscle tear w/no tendon attached. anyway it tore from the top of my bicept, so have u heard of anyone getting something like that fixed? id go half way around the world to get it fixed if someone could do it.the only reason i ask is it seems they are always advancing in what they can do, thanks for any info u have!

wow dude. yes I HAVE ALOT of questions for ya. you look, simply amazing. perfect build. im 210 now, i want to be 240 and have a similar build. i cant describe it but you looks 5x denser than a bodybuilder, like theres a ton of muscle packed into a still large body but symetrical too. does that make ANY sense? anyway man tell me, how can i get those (my) numbers up!?

06-12-2007, 04:28 AM
you look thick as hell man from what i can see in the pics!!!!!
your forearms are ****ing massive!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont follow up on powerlifting or even much bodybuilding for that matter but i have always had this image burnt into my head that powerlifters were very thick but less defined with higher bodyfat.... but holy fuc you have just burnt a new image into my brain.

you look ****ing awsome man

Whats your diet like?

westsideelite
06-12-2007, 11:41 AM
Im not sure how that double posted. Anyway, I tend to get real big, then lean out. I dont really diet anymore. Most the guys at Westside dont really diet either. I actually eat a little healthier and get called a "underwear model" because of this. Heres what I ate yesterday to give u an idea.

1. 2 cups of oatmeal mixed w/ splenda and milk, 2 ounces of mixed nuts, large glass of milk.

2. Double chicken breast sub w/ cheese and light mayo, bag of sunchips, diet ****.

3. Double serving of Nitrean protein powder in 2% milk.

4.2 plates of sushi, 1 plate of grilled chicken and steak w/ rice at a Japanese Steakhouse.

5. same as meal 3.

I also had some fruit and sugarfree jello at some point during the day. and a gallon of water, 1/2 gallon of crystal light. My milk intake usually equals about a half gallon. Definetly not a bodybuilder diet, but my needs are different. I tend to lose weight if I eat 6-7 times a day. I train after breakfast. Yesterday I did a 775 pound zercher deadlift w/ a zercher harness. I can barely walk today:) I dont do cardio, but I drag a sled twice a week. It was my day from work yesterday so my girl gave me a couple of extra sessions as well.

Wow, that an old pic. I think that was first comp back after I injured back. Its about 3 years old. Anyway, we take test year round 500-750 mgs/ week. Contest time add the usual dbol, halo, anadrol, plus eq, deca, tren. Nothing real sophisticated, pretty old school stuff.

ironaddict69
06-12-2007, 10:54 PM
nice thats interesting. im starting halo soon. how long do u run it and at what dose? what do you see with all those? i dont like test much i dont see a whole lot from it.

Halo is great. Dont ask me about dosages b/c I would never suggest anyone take them. Im the kind of guy who is willing to kill myself to get stronger. It makes me ultra strong and ultra aggressive.
