I never understood how someone could enter a BB'ing compeition and still have fat on them (the guy left of you in the pic).
But your look good nonetheless. GJ, 2nd is very good considering you already peaked!

I used to agree with you regarding guys that are on stage not looking like they should be on stage-I dont really think like that anymore.since I have gone thru these competitions, I have met & talked to a ton of really great guys..many have had incredible life stories of perserverence & strength. Some were sick, some were in car accidents, some were 300lbs etc...so you never know what the person went thru to get to where they are.It takes HUGE nuts to get on stage as it is...never mind going thru what some of the guys have goen thru...sO i dont judge them on how they look, just respect them for what they have done with their lives.

Looking good. I know how tough it is to get in that kind of condition and I'm inspired when I see someone with that level of commitment.

Great post bro. I am sure you have learned a lot from this season, now apply it to your offseason and future comps and you will be good to go...GREAT JOB

i was close (timewise) to the second show...so I said screw it --might as well get 2 under my belt & see where I stand..then I can make more & better improvements for next go round.

So very true! Great insight Bro as you know I fall into that category and am just blessed to be able to wake up in the morning, much less being able to train and compete....so many guys have been through difficult times, great of you to understand that....BTW, great job! You may have been flatter than your first show but you still look awesome!
