Yea, it's a good one but don't do HIIT on it, take 1 dose pre-cardio and another after like 6 hours or so. Do low intensity and cycle like xlx said.

u can also run it continuous...benadryl every 3rd week at nite to keep your receptors fresh!!!

the buzz effect wears off from the caff/eph, but the fatburning property is kept in check! :D
