1-ad shelf life?

I bought some 1-ad week before the ban and some 4-ad transdermal. The 1-ad is by ergo pharm.

Anyone know the shelf life on these products. Will they have lots there potency now?

there should be an exp date

usually around 3 years

longer if kept in the freezer

I'm in the same situation. Got M1T and the 4-AD still left over. I'd feel bad if I just threw it in the trash, so I think I'm gunna start a 1 mo. cycle in the next day or two.
