Right now I am 5'10" and 185lbs. Probably around 14-15% BF. I know a lot about the OTC thermogenics and what not, but, here is my problem, I am currently prescribed adderall. As a result, I can't take any thermogenics as it can cause big drops in blood pressure. So I am looking to minimize the amount of stimulants I am taking. I know CLA is supposed to be helpful, as is Cissus (has anyone heard this as well?). Any suggestions would be helpful. And before anyone says it, I am doing 30-40 minutes of cardio every other day, and doing it post-workout when glycogen stores are ***leted, as well as monitoring my eating i.e. eating clean, with a modified cutting diet. Thanks in advance .
