after spending about 3 months on an ephadrine stack ( ephadrine caffiene aspirin ) i have have developed a tolerance 4 it and it has stopped workin as a fat burner , any idea how i can lower my tolerance again or how long i will have to wait for it to drop on its own ?

good lord 3 months straight???? w/o ne benadryl???

you're receptors and adrenal glands r probably fried to shit!

take at least a month off, if not more and let your body recuperate

you also may want to look into benadryl to help upregulate your beta-2 receptors

next time around CYCLE the stack...i.e. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Yeah, just take time off. A couple of weeks sounds good. Prepare yourself for some cravings for the stuff if you have been using heavy doses for that long. They make meth out from it for a reason.

I believe to use ECA safely then it should be cycled on and off. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off would be my 02. Ephedrine use can IMO form a habit. Taking for prolonged periods and building a tolerance is a sure fire way to start relying on ECA just to get through the day. In the long run your immune system will suffer. Much wiser to take a little time off or just save ECA for particuarly hard days like legs.

Are you basing the 2 on 2 off theory on someone who consumes epehdrine 3-4 times daily? Cause I have seen some great results while using it pre workout only on weight training days, and only taking small breaks hear and there. I know many people who do not discontinue ephedrine after 2 weeks, in fact they have been taking it for years as a energy fat burner with solid gains, and maybe a harder time getting to bed. So for someone using ephedrine as I mentioned pre workout only would you still suggest 2 weeks off?

I agree, I made myself immune to redline. Just take some time off and Diphenhydramine.
