Ok i been doing some reading on the two, and it seems to me they both burn fat just as well but ALC has some better effects on the brain like memory and and regenerating brain cells, but im only worried about getting the fat burning benifits out of it. So does anybody have any feedback on if the more expensive ALC has burned more fat for them then plain old LC.

Hi :)
Acetylation makes most compounds more Bioavailable and also tends to be faster absorbing hence a quicker result or feel to them.

so i am better off purchasing ACL over LC, becuase it does have a greater fat burning potential or its faster acting?
