Have you explored all options before surgery. check out this thread http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=236880 and give this a go ***ending on how bad and how long you have had your gyno. You can buy Letro from ARR one of our board sponsors this link explains something you can try before surgery. As for the cost of surgery I dont know maybe someone else can chime in or consult your doctor.

I have been on letro for about 6 weeks now. My gyno did go down some what, but doesn't seem to budging. So I think it is time to try different options, plus im tired of being on letro and seeing no new results.

I once heard that either it was winny or var that have sometimes reduced your gyno, is that true?

Well, I would tell you something funny I got gyno from a cycle of var and winny, so you might wanna reconsider that idea. I am currently on my six bottle of letro, and hopefully that would be my last.

No. Winny does not decrease Gyno. If it is not cycle related, see your doctor. If you are taking too much testosterone... Nolvadex is what works for me.
Any cosmetic surgery is big $$$$$.

I through that Nolvadex doesn't work on Gyno that has already develop, only for preventing it. Well at least that is what I have been reading, anyway Conan, some say that letro takes 60 days for it to fully become stable in the blood plasma. Well, Brucy is absolutely correct about the cost of surgery which goes for 1500 and up, so I think letro is your best bet and, the only option. For me it took six bottles and 5 months, I just hope the rebound is manageable with the tamox.

Cost is anywhere from 3500-7500 ***ending on what part of the country you are in.

This is just my opinion, but for me the letro from AG worked well better than the others.... just my two cents

And what brand is AG? I play rugby, and when I was on letro I could really feel my joints aching =/
