Does nolva reduce gain

hey folks, the following quote from the profile site is troublesome to me since I'm using nolva at 10mg ed in my current cycle deca and test e? I'm using it just make sure I don't develop some bitch tities. But the quote say nolva could reduce gain? From your own experince did that ever occurred to u?

Unfortunately, Nolvadex isn´t perfect. Anecdotally, it has been linked to reduced gains in some bodybuilders. This isn´t due, as previously thought, to its reducing estrogen levels (which it doesn´t), but rather to it´s ability to possibly reduce IGF (Insulin-like-Growth-Factor) levels, which are important for muscle growth.

I think different people have different experiences but even if nolva does hinder gains a little bit, wouldn't that be better than developing gyno and haveing to use letro.

Your body needs estrogen to build mass. Letro is very powerful and will hinder gains. However, I dont think that a low dose of nolva during cycle would hurt your gains.

If i were you, Id run some l-dex over nolva or letro.

I think that's a good rationale, I will certainly prefer to control the developement of gyno, and make my gains thru proper diet and workout or other means. thanks.
