what should i take?

i am going to be doing a 12 week cycle of test E 250. 250mg every 4 days for muscle gain. lots of supplements too. i am going to take nolva a week after my last shot. how long should i take nolva and how much? i want to jump into a cutting cycle soon after. maybe a month or two rest. what yall think, oh yeah should i take nolva after my cutting cycle of 12 weeks? im going to take clen,tren A, and prop.

as for ur first cycle its fine do some research on PCT you really need to read up on that intensely before aas becomes a common part of your life.

as for ur cutter w/ tren.. i wouldnt really run nolva w/ it.. stick to an AI and thats it .. imo nolva is over rated
