Help with PCT for First Cycle

Hi,

I've decided to start my first cycle which will be:
Weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg/week (250mg 2xweek)
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 40mg/day

I've been doing a lot of research on PCT and I'm still confused as to which would be the best for me? (Start PCT two weeks after last Test injection)
A) Day 1-30 .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
B) Weeks 1-4 100mg Clomid + 25mg Aromasin
C) Weeks 1-6 20mg Nolva + weeks 1-5 25mg Aromasin
D)None of the above???:shrug:

Also, should I run Nolva & L-Dex during the cycle or should I just keep it on hand and only use it if necessary? Thanks for the help!

keep them on hand during cycle, no need to add stuff if you dont need it.

My pct suggestion would be

Strainght after last shot 1-21 HCG 500iu daily
1-21 vitamin E 1000mg ED
1-60 toremifine 60mg ED
1-45 aromasin 25mg ED
