Hey bro, hate the hair too! Had my mid-brow, chest, and abs done. I have had four out of the five treatments so far. First two didn't seem to do much. Still had to shave frequently. After third, dramatic difference. Didn't have to hardly shave between treatments. Treatments are done every two months. Be ready for some pain though. Kind of like needle pricks one right after the other. After the treatment, you do get some irritation its kind of like a sunburn. Goes away after just a couple days though. Aloe Vera spray works well right after treatment, and then lotion with Aloe in it for the next week or so. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I am interested to see how well youre last treatment goes...I hate hair. I am very lucky up till just recently I have had almost no hair on my chest ( almost 30) but now its sprouting and I want it gone. Keep me informed on how it goes for you if you dont mind...

Had my fourth session couple weeks ago, so far everything is great. I will let you know how final number 5 goes and if the results are good as time goes on. So far, I am very satisfied-except for the pain that you have to indure when you have it done. lol

hey guys, just readin your threads here...my sister-in-law works for some doctors at a day-spa and she is the laser tech that runs the hair removal laser...i'm lucky as i have very little body hair, but i've done it on my face twice now...the first time didn't do much, but the 2nd time i went from basically having to shave every day to maybe every 4 days...the only thing is that it caused my face to break out w/ like little white pimples all over both times...she said that happened...that sucked...for the face it's only like 125 around this area

If I remember correctly, the total cost for all five sessions, for both the mid-brow and chest (it was buy chest and brow was free-go figure) was like $2200.00 Not cheap, but I am pretty jazzed about the results.

Wow thats awesome man I really need something done and I have a fair completion with dark hair so I think I'm a good candidate My problem is I look like a gorilla only good thing is that I dont have back hair ;) but 2200 for barely having to ever shave... thats a good freakin deal in my opinion....

If you wax your back on the regular then it does thin out. I had a spot below my neck and on my lower back. Waxed the top of my back and Naired the lower....that nastiness is like fine baby hair now.

I just want the laser to get rid of any chest hair. Altough I think for the money it would have been cheaper to go ahead and laser everything rather than waxing once a month like a chick...plus it sucks balls doing it.

Yeah they are supposed to be permanent. If you go to a reputable place, they usually will give a guarantee, I know mine does. Here's the other thing I think I forgot to mention. Pay the 35 bucks for the desensitizing gel they will sell you. You put it on pretty thick about 30-45 minutes before your treatment and cover it with saran wrap. It makes the pain a lot less. They won't let you use it on your first one, cause they need to see how your skin responds to the laser. That's what they said anyway....I think she was just a masacist!! lol

I have had 4 sessions on my chest, neck, back and stomach. The chest hair has thinned out significantly, but nothing else has been very noticeable. I hate the treatments, they are not fun. I don't mind being punched but the lazer feels like a rubber band snapping you over and over. I do like the fact it is much easier to shave my chest though, and it takes longer to grow back.

I am paying $500 for ea. session for my back...Had ONE treatment so far and actually very little hair as came back as of 3 weeks ago and it was pretty bad...The "specialist" said it will take 4 more to keep it away....45 minutes of annoying, needle-poking, feeling but so far so good...

Yep, thats what happened to me. Then i started electrolysis, and i haven't done a test cycle since, but supposedly electrolysis destroys the follicle instead of just damaging it, so if there is more regrowth it would be through dormant follices.

Ok ready for this.....I got my whole body done, yes...everything everywhere. Luckily I bartered with the tech for services that I provide so it didn't cost me a dime. Had it done 4-5 times on each area over the course of 5 months. You are supposed to wait 1 month between treatments. Anyway......sonofabitch it all GREW BACK...except down there, which is a good thing I guess cause waxing hurts like HELL. So don't go into debt trying to remove this funky shit called hair cause those bastards ain't going away permantently. If I had to lay out the money I would be PISSED! Electrolysis does kill the follicle, laser doesn't.
