Okay so when I drink a lot of caffeine or am so unfortunate to be around someone who is smoking a cigarette I feel my left arm go numb, my heart rate will increase rapidly and I feel like I cant breathe, this will last the rest of the day or until I run or do something active...any thoughts on this??? The akward thing is it happens with both caffeine and cigarettes...also when I smoke a cigar every now and then (dont too often anymore but back in the day) and drink a lot of caffeine I would also notice little bumps underneath my tongue...someone please help!

That could be really dangerous bro, if you're around people who smoke alot maybe get it checked by a doc. Im not sure a doctor would even know what that is tho

Sounfs like your heart arteries are under stress with these substances.. can be really dangerous especially ephedrine/caffeine combo is prone to disproportionally exaggerate sides on the heart to benefits within metabolism.. everyone is differnt, but this is documented... when I drink coffe, everyone thinks I´m on coke - a total ADSH-wreck *lol* ... and cigarettes are the worst for your heart and things... :/

It sounds like your hearts going into a tachycardia. It sounds like SVT (supraventricular tachycardia) which is an extra pacemaker somwhere lower in your heart. If you can get a heart rate monitor and reproduce these symptoms, if your heart rate jumps to a constant 140bpm+ then it prolly is. Cou***ng or massaging your carotid artery san sometimes get you out of this rhythm (if thats what it is )... anyway go see a cardiologist lol
