they are liquid forms of vitamins, etc.... usually designed for sub-q or im injections..... they bypass the digestion process which gives greater bio-absorbability to the body....

Ive seen some sites on Google type in injectable vitamins. I have seen others besides the typical b-12. sometimes you might run into a pharmacy or a vet supply company
