Alright, I hopped on the Mass Tabs band wagon and I'm on my 7th day so far. Now I'm not sure if this sh!t actaully works or if its all mental.

I'm not sure if your supposed to feel anything while your on them or not but I don't feel any different at all.

I have not gotten bigger at all. If anything, I think my bi's and shoulders and tris actually got smaller. And I wheigh less too. When I started I wheighed in at 205 and now I dropped down to 200 pounds. I hope it either fat or water wieght cause if its muscle then damn that really sucks ass. Oh and yes I have increased my cals.

However my strength has gone abnormally high. This is where I dont know if its mental or the tabs working. My max bench was 270 about 2 weeks ago. ( I know its not that much). Well I did chest and tris on monday and I was actually working out with 265 on bench no problem. I was amazed. And when it came time for dips I usually do wheighted dips with 45 pounds, well I was doing wheighted dips with 75 pounds and even that felt pretty easy. Same goes for all the other work outs.

Now my question is... IS THIS NORMAL???? I mean my strength went up pretty well, a bit too well. But as far as size, well it sucks. Will I grow or is me going too heavy cause of the tabs gonna stop my muscle growth??? Thanks in advance.

weird post

mass tabs IMO and experience are pretty good- now i don't know how your max was 270 and 6 days later you're lifting 265 for workouts?? how many reps are we talking about here?? would be hard to believe if you're talking 8+ reps

Good stuff, good stuff. Thanks for the info, I'll go ahead and eat more through out the day. I really like the strength so far though.

Oh and for the bench to go 265, I did my first set at 225 which is what I work out with usually. It seemed light for some reason so I threw on 10 pounds on each side, which made it now to 245. I did 8 reps of that and I still felt good and I felt like I could go heavier. I threw on 10 more pounds and each side and did 265, 7 1/2 reps. My spotter assisted with the last one half way up. I guess I didnt do my full bench workout with 265 but I was able to do it 7 1/2 times after doing to full sets and a warm up set before that. Not too shabby.

Thanks again for the help!

Interesting... all i could say is that the strength was awesome and was always uphill... Now i'm on my last week of PCT and taking AMP 02 along with some support supps and i have kept most my gains including in strength... good luck bud

I noticed that I felt MUCH greater pumps that made NO2 pumps feel like nothing. Half of it is mental. Your body is going to be alot more anabolic while on Mass tabs than it normally is, so naturally working out is more intense and powerful than normal for most ppl taking MT. Personally I can say it a good supp though it didn't live up to my expectations it is a great supp. Some people react to it better than others.
