I'm using this stack for endurance, and maintaining strength. I plan on dropping around 30 pounds to wrestle for intramurals.
Here's what I was planning on running. Xtend(bcaas, Citruline Malate), CEE, beta alanine, and ON protien.
Btw, does anybody have any experience w/ beta alanine?
