Well unfotunately, i do not have much patience, I was waiting till monday for DR friend to inject first dose of deca, but came home from the clubs, slightly drunk and thought, I inject people every day, why can't i do myself/

I have injected 100mg of deca into thigh and feel great.


Oh well I guess this means I start the hardcore workout and watching what i eat now instead of monday.

Leg does not feel sore and injection did not hurt going in, just slight dull ache now that injection given.

1. "i guess this means i start the hardcore workout...now" etc what in God's name were you doing before? no one should be touching gear unless diet, training and KNOWLEDGE is in place FIRST

2. you should get arrested for IUI

3. what exactly are you "planning" for this "cycle"?

4. as to your feeling great...please do not tell me you think the deca is kicking in already...and even in 2-3 wks...don't tell me you think 100mg is...unless you are a female and even then...

One point i simply HAD to bring back up was the diet and training. I can not believe that was even said. I mean, no flame intended, but what...........do you eat donuts and ice cream the rest of the year? But since your "on" gear, you should toss in a chicken breast or two...:confused: . Injecting your 100mg of deca was like injecting sesame oil .....**Meaning, it ain't GONNA hurt.


Also, where is the test in your cycle? I have , as well as my esteemed collegues, have said NUMEROUS times, what deca can do to Mr. Rabbit,:eek: Now, if you are infact a girl, this doesn't apply...but if you are a man, then don't plan on having the peeps played with for the next 8-12 weeks.;)

Well just an answer to your questions.

Yes I am starting slow, am under complete medical supervision, so am increasing slowly with the support of my local md, test will be in next cycle, if this one goes reasonable. Yes I do like donuts and icecream and I am aware that they contain nutrients from the 3 main food groups, fat, sugar and more fat. But diet wise I am sticking to 6 meals a day with one serve of protein and one of carbs. I guess I am not after huge results, just experimenting safely.

Ok, I can't help but respond to this. babybb, you are doing exactly what my friends use to do when they juiced. They would take just a small amount of steroids over a longer period of time. There was no real major cycling plan. They got on one steroid and after a while they got off. They didn't want to put on weight too fast because they wanted to gain slowly and not let people know they were taking steroids. I believed this for a while when I was younger only because I didn't know any better. Well, you are taking to a lot of people on a different level now. My friends didn't know shit, the people on this board really know their stuff. Listen to them. You need to learn a little more about the way everything works in relation to AS. You are not ready for AS yet. You could probably get the gains you are wanting if you will just eat right and bust your ass in the gym. You can get in damn good shape doing this without steroids. ( Don't you think primo?? ;) ) So for now man, I wouldn't mess with them. Give it some time and you will know when you are truly ready.
