It has been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for Order #21538. This is my first time ordering from ar-r and was excited to receive my items but now very disappointed. There is no accurate update on my items but my card was charge.
There should be a refund policy for UNSHIPPED items after a certain amount of days. No point in charging credit cards if you dont plan to send items in a timely manner.
