I havent got any conclusive answer yet:chairshot . Order #21387

Just this replay :shrug:
"Sorry; we've had issues with the PO at our shipping center. I will get it to you."

This is just to ask lion when I'm going to get it I mean 3 day, 1 week, 1 month.

I mean I'm really frustrate. I could have gotten sonner with my usual source. But 2 1/2 weeks is complitly ridiculus:2nono: .

I think you really need to pay attention to the shipping time if not you gonna loss alot of clients:tear: .

I hear ya! I'm in the same boat and have recieved the same BS answer after he told me it shipped and should of gotten there....
He's a sponser of the board I think and controls this forum. So he can erase whatever he likes i guess. I did see on other boards others were having troubles with orders too i believe.

I'm giving it a little bit longer and then I want a refund. I have a few unanswered emails and still have no status with my order that was taken early this month.

no but he is regarded as one of the best for a reason... he always makes good and his products are worth the wait...

my last order took 4 days BTW... theres other factors that come into play.. domestic vs. international, product availability...etc.

shipping to UK five days every time lion always gets the job done. i say order a little in addvance.

I understand there are issues that effect shipping. I want to know what issues would cause the man to ignore my pm's and emails. What issues cause him to to not respond to theads about missing orders? What issues cause him to remove threads wich critisize him? What issues make him change the name of a thread from "It's been 2 months and no response or order" to "send a mail to sales@lionnutrition?
He finally got in touch with me after calling him out on the board, and said he would reship. I'll see if he comes through.

Lion,
please can you let us know what is happening with our orders... if you can post it on this board for every who has not recieved their items im sure that would help the matter.....
Im still not sure how a Post Office problem can mean that the product takes 4 weeks instead of 1 maybe you can shead some light on this fact too...

Lion is usually very good about customer service. He has been the best research chem company for years, I am sure he will take care of it. And make things right with you.

guys they have been reshipped a few of them have been reshipped a few times. We are getting orders back that have been refused....THis is strange to me. Check you junk mailboxes. all emails have been answered in the last week. Customer service issues need to directed to the service department at sales@lionnutrition.com

They are the only ones who can fix the problems with your orders. A lot of the orders that have been returned are because of bad addresses.

Junk mail? I've recieved emails from you with no problem. How is it now when your having "issues with the shipping" i don't get any emails now??

I've asked again and again where is the tracking number for both times you were sending my order? Last time you wrote me you told me sorry and it would be reshipped.....It's been over a week and still nothing.

My order was AUg 8th and almost 20 days ago. I've sent you another email please send me the tracking number there and not here on the forums.
