I am looking for a workout for my girlfriend to do where she will not lose her big butt, but lose fat from her stomach area. An exercise where she could possibly increase the size of her butt would be perfect. Any suggestions would help alot. thanks

You can't train for spot fat reduction and women usually add fat to their hips before they do their stomachs. Get her on the tredmill and doing squats.

What is NOT serious about his post? I think it's dead on. I'll take his advise over just about anyone's on here.

thanks everyone. what about if she lost all the fat from her stomach then did situps to keep it tone? would this work? Will doing squats make her butt look like that of serena williams?

I think that sounds great. Don't laugh, I haven't seen serena's butt in a while. I love big butts on chicadees LOL, not gonna lie. LOL. Squats will make it big IMO, if they're done right. It won't happen overnight though, but with a little consistancy, BLAM! I've also seen super hotties with super butts doing lunges. I would recommend them as well if she has the energy to do, along with squats. Like Tai said, have her hit the treadmill a little if she needs to keep fat in check. You don't want to restrict her calories too much or kiss that big butt goodbye LOL. I've seen it happen. The treadmill will allow her to eat the way she wants and still keep solid, the weights will boost her figure.

In a perfect world every girl would be able to keep the ghetto booty and big boobs and still have a tight stomach. Unfortunately you can't really pick and choose where she'll lose body fat. In most cases girls lose some from their boobs first from what I've seen. You hear it all the time when a girl starts getting strict with the diet and gets into working out.. first thing they'll do is complain about how their boobs shrunk! haha
