Sorry i need to post here, but lion doesnt reply to pm. I was sent the wrong order over a month ago, i keep on getting told that it will be fixed or has been reshipped, which isnt true, the get a "it must be the post office or wrong address" which isnt true since i have orderd here before, then after sending a email to sales@lionnutriton.com for the 10th time i get this reply today "have you ever sent back the order we sent you"
1st of all yes it was sent back, in which i had to pay the shipping, but still my order doesnt come!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2nd, this is how your customer service works
i still dont have my order, no confirmation number, no nothing
