Nolvadex and Clomid PCT For Winstrol and oral Masteron?

I just completed very successful cycle of winstrol (oral) and masteron (oral).

I have Nolvadex and Clomid for pct, What would be the best way of taking these for a successful post cycle recovery?

Both should be taken before bed?

Whats the best dosage, I just want your opinions.

4 wks of each, clomid @ 100mg, nolva @ 20mg. and you should be fine. good luck

it doenst matter what time you take them, some claim that they get less sides when they take clomid before bed tho.
