okay, now I know nolva is to be introduce into the cycle if you start seeing symptoms of gyno like itchy / sore nipples and shit. but what if you just wanna keep from getting all the water retention? could start your cycle with nolva all the way through just for that? or are there side affects that aren't worth it, or is water retention helpful in acheiving gains. was just wondering cause I've got my cycle comin in a day or 2 and already have enough nolva to last me through the entire thing.

for water retention u may want to try letro at a low dosage.. dont think nolva would help you with water retention... read the stickys on the to AI and SERM gives u info on what they do....

letro a spray a day helps keep the moobs away.

letro is a strong drug to use if you are just treating bloat..I wouldnt use it..

You can use Nolva to help prevent water retention during cycle. A better option imo would be arimidex. Aromasin is another option. Letro is very strong and had some undesirable side effect for me (loss of libido), not needed just to control bloating.

werd, yea ill try nolva out this cycle. didn't feel like shellin out the extra bucks for the arimidex. see how it works ta know what ill do for the next time
