Help with PCT?

I am getting ready to take my last shot tomorrow for Test E and my cycle is ending. I was wanting some help with PCT. I did a larger cycle compared to normal for myself. It consisted of Test E 800mg per week for 16 weeks. First 7 weeks I took Tren E 400mg per week and the last 8 weeks I took winny at 50 mg per day with the test. I have 5000 IU of HCG, 50 days worth of Nolva and some Exemestane, Letro and Dutast. Can someone help me do the right thing to help me maintain.
