I'm not taking any protein supplement...but i AM consuming about 1.5 grams of protein per 1 lb of bodyweight from my meals. Most of it from tuna and chicken...then comes milk and eggs. Is that ok or will i see better results if i start taking protein supplements?

well you see protien shakes have tons of important vitmains, amino acids, and or things to help build and repair muscle
Protein shakes should not be used as a meal replacement, but it is very important for a post work out shake, at least within the 1st 30 minutes. Food is always your best choice, but as Lexed stated there are a lot of "vitmains, amino acids, and or things to help build and repair muscle"

No you will not see better results from protien shakes, so as long as you macros are fulfilled you will be ok. Every thing else equivalent, food is much better then whey protein.

I Think They Are Equal In Value, But I Include Shakes During The Day, Otherwise, I'd Be Consuming A Ton Of Food. Get Tired Of Eating Sometimes.
