I havent been taking my vitargo on days i dont train .i only consume it immediatly after my worlout is over.Should i be taking it on my off days also.

yes, any creatine supplement should be taken everyday to keep stable levels in the body

Do you think substituting a cheaper creatine product on my off days like creatine monohydrate to keep my creatine levels up be ok.Since vitargo is a bit on the pricey side and stick to that strictly post workout .

i really dont know i guess its possible that it will have the effect i never tried that b4

the creatine in vitargo is just 10g of monohydrate anyway so yea you can substitute
