Hey guys and gals, I haven't posted in a while. I have been working out for a couple of months now and I have a question. I read the sticky on the SD and PP by K. Biz, great info, I was wondering, which is better in seeing results, SD or AMP 02? Also, if I use AMP 02, do I need PCT? Any comments would be appreciated.

That's like apples vs. oranges. SD is a pro-hormone, where AMP 02 is a pre-workout supplement (like NO-Xplode, NO-Shotgun, etc., but much better IMO).

If you choose sd you will need pct Tamox 60/40/20. If it is your first sd cycle 20/30 /30

DITTO, except I prefer AMP 02 over NO-explode and NO-shotgun. I am currently taking AMP 02

How's AMP working out for you Rana? Thanks for the info guys. When you said PCT for SD should be 20/30/30. What does that mean? :scratch:

I love it, this is the 3rd time I have taken it. I loved NO-shotgun for about the 1st week then the affects faded away.

That is how many mg of SD you take a day. PCT is totally a seperate issue. Conduct a search, there are a lot of threads here that will help you out. I took PP a couple of time and enjoyed the results.

a good rule of thumb is NEVER EVER EVER stack 2 orals!

but dats just me (**waits for kbiz & 12 to rain on my parade LOL**)

There are some guys that have done a stack using both, meaning starting with pp and finishing with sd. Look around you will find what is needed

If this is your first stack try just one at a time and see how they work.
