Hey everyone i have a 16 year old brother he is 5'10" 155 pounds.He plays football and is a safety and wide reciever i got him going on a good high calorie diet. He is looking to add on a lot of mass and speed. Any suggestions on what supplements to use that will not wear off after a few months of training?

at 16 he needs food, then more food. if he learns to follow a proper diet now, and stays consistent, it will never wear off because it will never stop.

I agree. From 14 to 20 I didn't take any major supps. I ate really healthy and I ate ALOT ALL DAY LONG!

Thats where his problem is i was just wondering if there is anysupplements that would help. I am going to try to put him on a good diet any reccomendations? Calorie intake? Types of foods...etc? Once again he is
5'10" around 150-155 pounds. (football player)
