Or any amino tabs for that matter?

I prefer capsules. Some people say that tabs dont completely dissolve and you wont get the max benefit. I used the TL ones your talking about, but I'm much happier with the ON 2222 capsules, and they are cheaper.

Buy BCAA's in Bulk Powder. Alot cheaper and that way you can get an effective dose
